Our Journey

Founded in 2017 by Mr. Mmusi Mapheto, a BSc Mechanical Engineering graduate with a postgraduate program in Supply Chain from UNISA, our company has grown under his leadership. Mr. Mapheto is a multi-award-winning entrepreneur in strategy, supply chain, and business process optimisation. We are a team of 20 inspired entrepreneurs  with a deep passion in small business development.  

Having started in 2017 focusing purely in Purchase Order Funding, in 2024, we expanded our capabilities to include Development Fund Management, Small Business Development , Business Funding which includes Grant Funding, Growth Funding, Equity Funding and Start-up Funding. 

We achieve breakthroughs in what we do: 

  • + 600 projects successfully delivered to date
  • More than R600M (approx. $33M) of investment injected into the Small Business Market
  • A remarkable 99% success rate in projects delivered

Our Philosophy

Success is a collective effort, and it is for this reason that we partner with local and International Grant Funders, NPO’s, NGO’s, Governments, Corporates, local and Incubation hubs.  At an engagement level, we propel the small businesses to greater success through Project and Business Funding, compounded by end-to-end support services such as training, supply chain de-risking, coaching and mentoring from start-up to full maturity.

Our SME Support Capabilities

We are a proud partner of the Old Mutual SMEgo. SMEgo is an Old Mutual business funding platform with over 4,000 SMEs on its database. Leveraging our national footprint with offices in Gauteng, Mpumalanga, Limpopo, Northwest, and the Free State, our SMEs can access project support services that can unlock growth for their businesses.
